Design Engineer - ATV
Responsibilities:
This individual will design ATV products and components utilizing Unigraphics II CAD systems to develop accurate and concise layouts and detail drawings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Design product layouts, components and detail drawings for ATV product line through coordination with Product Team Manager and design team.
2. Assure completeness and accuracy of all CAD efforts.
3. Efficiently and timely complete all drawings, calculations and cost objectives according to development schedules.

Senior Emissions Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
The Senior Emissions Project Engineer is a key member of Arctic Cat’s Engine Teams with a high level of technical knowledge on engine emissions providing industry leading emission solutions to ensure that Arctic Cat engines produce the lowest level of emissions and meet regulatory emission requirements.

Product Team Manager- ATV
Responsibilities:
The individual in this position will have the overall responsibility to assure that products are designed, developed on schedule, tested within costs targets and support the companys strategic direction for product development. Coordinate product improvements and innovations to enhance achievement of long-term product and corporate objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assure the end product achieves all requirements and specifications determined in the product plan including but not limited to design, development, testing and cost targets.
2. Attends and participates in all product planning meetings.
3. Assure documentation of all planning specifications and features are maintained.

Quality Technician
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for product/process verification activities, including auditing as well as verification of purchased and internally produced components for a variety of quality related assembly activities. The Quality Technician will act as a quality liaison between manufacturing, engineering, quality and purchasing. The candidate will coordinate resources between departments to prevent and resolve production quality issues; participate in Management for Daily Improvement (MDI) meetings, and other quality related duties as assigned. This position will report to the Director of Quality with a dotted line relationship to the Production Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Insure that the product received, as well as built, is in compliance to published engineering requirements and specifications when issues arise. Communicate part compliance problems to the Supplier Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Engineering where applicable, and Commodity Manager.
2. Provide additional information when needed on IDRs (Inspection Disposition Reports) to enable timely disposition.
3. Notify Materials personnel when replacement parts are needed due to a sort or nonconformance or to arrange to sort inventory in support of production.
4. Notify and communicate internally produced part quality issues to appropriate department personnel (i.e. machine/welding/paint, etc.).

Skills:
1. Thorough knowledge of blue print reading, including geometric dimensioning and tolerances (GD & T) and Engineering BOM’s.
2. Ability to use basic measuring tools and test equipment.
3. Strong organizational skills using a data based decision process.
4. Thorough understanding and interpretation of Quality tools including but not limited to SPC, Capability Analysis (Cp, CpK, PpK), Gage R & R, metrology tools and techniques, FMEA, disciplined problem solving, etc.
5. Ability to prioritize work, makes decisions independently, and leads others to the completion of assigned tasks.
6. Thorough knowledge of what makes up a working quality system, as well as the ability to clearly generate standard operating procedures, work instructions as well as reports.
7. Ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment.
Education/Experience:
1. High school diploma / 2 years of college or technical training in quality, or 5 years of quality related employment in a manufacturing environment.
2. American Society for Quality Certifications: Certified Quality Technician is a plus.
3. Demonstrated understanding of geometric tolerances, tolerance stacks and blue print reading ability.
4. Knowledge of ISO-9001/TS16949 Quality Management Systems and related tools, including APQP, PPAP, control planning, and failure modes and effects analysis.
